We are pleased to advise a partnership with WestJet that provides a discount on airfare for the purpose of travel to the conference.

WestJet provides the following information to assist you:

For your convenience, we have attached a fax booking request form. Please submit booking request forms via fax at 1-800-582-7072. If you require an e-mail form, please contact Lisa Cyrenne at [email protected] or phone her at (306) 694-7658, and she will e-mail you the form. The form can then be completed and e-mailed by you to [email protected]. For flight schedule information, please visit www.westjet.com.

By using the booking account #QC2281, WestJet will provide the best available fare at the time of the booking (excluding seat sales). Attendees must make their travel arrangements direct through the WestJet Specialty Sales Team, and quote the account number at the time of booking. Discounted rates are available for travel up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your event. For travel outside of these dates, we will offer the best available fare at the time of booking. Fares are not applicable to group travel. For groups of 10 or more travelling together, please contact us
