Reservation Procedure for Hotel Room:
Individual reservations can be made by
contacting the In-house Reservations directly at (306) 244-5521 or by
calling our Central Reservations Office at 1-800-268-1133 before 26
September 2003. Callers must mention the group name CANADIAN ASSOCIATION
OF CHIEFS OF POLICE to ensure they receive the appropriate rate and
are included in the guest room block. These guest rooms will be required
to be guaranteed by a first night deposit, company guarantee, or major
credit card guarantee. Should a guaranteed reservation not be cancelled
48 hours prior to the day of arrival, the cost of the room for the first
night will be charged to the guarantor.
It is imperative individuals state
they are with CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE to receive this
rate
